I am now more aware

Thank you for giving us this opportunity to take part in the activity. The environment cleanup is one of the activities suitable for my 12 year old daughter. This activity made us more aware of the rubbish in our surrounding area and their effects on the environment. After the event, we went to a nearby playground and we could not ignore the litter in the area. My girl and I ended up cleaning the playground area as well. We have already been bringing our own recycled bags out to reduce plastic usage. We will continue to do so more often and will also reduce the use of straws and plastic cups for takeaways.
